Ace (card)

The Ace was a playing card that was present in a deck of cards. According to the Fourteenth Doctor, the Ace was the highest valued card within a deck. Therefore, in a game of Cut, the player who overturned that card could only be tied against if the opposing player also cut an Ace from the deck. The Doctor ensured this rule was followed during his game of cut against the Toymaker in Soho, 1925. (TV: The Giggle [+]Loading...["The Giggle (TV story)"])
