Celebration Lottery was a brand of lottery that existed by the 2010s.

History[[edit] | [edit source]]

In Spring 2010, the Tenth Doctor used the £1 he borrowed off Geoff Noble a few years prior — before Geoff's death — to purchase a ticket to gift to Donna Noble at her wedding, via Wilfred Mott and Sylvia Noble; as he was a time traveler, he was able to learn the winning numbers — 18, 03, 13, 36, and 24 — thus solving Donna and her newly-wed husband's financial issues. Opening the envelope containing the ticket, Donna dismissed it as a cheap present, after initially suspecting it was a bill, until she remembered that that week's lottery draw had a triple roll-over prize, stuffing the ticket in her wedding dress as she told Sylvia and Wilf. According to one account, the winning ticket was from Lucky Lottery, with a triple rollover estimated to be worth £13.2 million. Due to the subconscious influence of the DoctorDonna to be more like the Doctor, Donna ended up giving away most of her winnings to charity, although she used a small part of it to buy a new house for her family. After Donna's memories were restored, she immediately complained about this to the Fourteenth Doctor. (TV: The Star Beast [+]Loading...["The Star Beast (TV story)"])
