Stooky Bill was a puppet created by the Toymaker.
History
Bill's image was the first ever broadcast on television by John Logie Baird, who used the puppet in an experiment to prove his invention worked. The experiment caused the puppet to catch fire, in a sense "killing" it.
Bill had human hair, with the Toymaker claiming he cut it off himself from a "very beautiful lady" who would not be missing it. He also had a wife, Stooky Sue, and three children (or "babbies").
An image of Bill was embedded by the Toymaker in every screen on Earth until internet access became universal in 2023, which he used to cause The Giggle. (TV: The Giggle [+]Loading...["The Giggle (TV story)"])
