It previewed the then-upcoming new era of Doctor Who under returning showrunner, Russell T Davies.

Article: "23 for 2023 - The Best TV of 2023 Preview", with Doctor Who coming in at number 8. The "reason to watch", according to Huw Fullerton:

Headlining the 2023 television preview, as well as starring on the cover, is Helena Bonham Carter in the titular role of Russel T Davies' then-upcoming biographical drama series, Nolly.
