The Keeper of the Matrix from when Narvin was Sub-Coordinator of the CIA was present when one of her staff noticed the web of time changing around the planet Bellascon. She realised that the people of Bellascon had discovered a way to create a mass amount of energy which allowed them to travel in time.
She informed Vansell and selected Narvin to go on a mission to Bellascon. (AUDIO: Erasure)
