An incarnation of Tecteun referred to a Time Lord ship outpost located outside any of the universes of the multiverse as being Division, Tecteun referred to it as a bridge because it was made to leave the universe and go into the next, leaving previous universe behind.

After setting the Flux in motion, Tecteun prepared to move on from her original universe, taking seeds into a seed vault. Accompanied by an Ood, she sent a Weeping Angel Extraction Squad to kidnap the Thirteenth Doctor to ensure she would not attempt to save the universe or discover the truth about the Division.
