Cilla Black was from Liverpool. On 11 February 1963, the Fifteenth Doctor and Ruby Sunday watched her record her first single at EMI Studios. Due to Maestro having stolen all music from the world, her singing was poor. After Maestro's defeat and banishment, Cilla participated in the singing of There's Always a Twist at the End.
