"Destroyed Dalek" is a title based upon conjecture.

A bronze Dalek was among the Daleks of human origin who operated aboard the Dalek Emperor's flagship in 200,100. It was among those who confronted Rose Tyler after she was transmated to the flagship. (TV: Bad Wolf) Having been in close proximity to Rose, this Dalek was inadvertently brought into the TARDIS control room when the Ninth Doctor used the TARDIS to retrieve Rose. The Dalek opened fire only to miss, after which it was killed by a modified defabricator wielded by Captain Jack Harkness, blowing apart its casing and exposing its Dalek mutant form which was scrutinised by the Doctor. (TV: The Parting of the Ways)
