Teremon was the Governor of the sector containing the planet Callous. She often visited Elliot King for loans. She told him that IMC had finally given him the mineral rights. 10 years later she still hounded him about the mine and future tax. She penalised him for lack of the development of the mine by adding a fine. She later teased Elliot about his daughter and wanted to increase the penalty fees further. According to the War Master she stole the money Elliot sent to pay for his wife's medical bills. After Elliot committed suicide she wanted to be the executor of his estate instead of his daughter Cassandra King. She later tried to pull the same tricks on Cassandra.
