The Dalek Survival Guide was a piece of short prose fiction included in Doctor Who The Official Annual 2021.
It adopted an in-universe point of view — being allegedly written by Yasmin Khan herself — and presented itself as a short guide to how to survive an encounter with a Dalek, written by Yaz following her experience with the resurrected Dalek reconnaissance scout in TV: Resolution. Although not all of the five recommendations directly tied in to the events of Resolution, each was illustrated with a screenshot from the TV story.

- WC: Case File Eleven provided another instance of Yaz putting in writing what she had learned during the events of TV: Resolution.
