Jeremy Baines was a pupil at Farringham School for Boys in 1913.

Baines was a friend of Hutchinson, and like him, was an arrogant, mean-spirited and racist bully. While retrieving illicit beer stashed by Baxter in Blackdown Woods on 10 November 1913, he stumbled upon the Family of Blood's ship. Baines, incapable of comprehending the explanation of the Family's sudden appearance at his location, wandered into their ship and his body was possessed by Son of Mine. (TV: Human Nature)
