Minyan Ship (GAME: Lost in Time) could refer to a few spaceships.

At some point in the far future, the Silurians obtained a Minyan ship from a wreckage and refitted it, choosing to travel the stars. While the majority of the Silurians were in hibernation, a select few, Eldane, Reysa and Jenstra chose to stay awake.
At some point, the ship was secretly wrecked by Reysa, when the Tenth Doctor and Martha Jones arrived in the TARDIS accidentally, having attempted to travel to the Minoan civilation in Greece.
Eldane told the Doctor and Martha of their situation, and the Doctor went to fix the damage, only for Reysa to reveal himself by holding Martha hostage, believing the other Silurians to be traitors for choosing to travel the stars rather than staying on Earth. Following a bit of arguing, Reysa saw the error of his ways and went into hibernation as punishment. (GAME: Lost in Time)
