Thin Ice was the twenty-sixth adventure in The Twelfth Doctor Sourcebook, adapted from the TV story of the same name.
Summary
The story follows the television episode, but the characters may decide to make different choices than those of the onscreen Doctor and Bills. The gamemaster could adapt the story to another famous unusual weather event, such as the sky darkening in 1780 New England or the blood rain in 2001 Kerala.
Further Adventures
In "Tumultuous Teleportation", a colony ship on an intergalactic voyage has a Beast Below below its decks acting as fuel. A conspiracy is occurring involving fake teleportation and colonists being replaced with automata.
In "The Third Ship", the Clockwork Droids of the SS Francoise d’Aubigne are powerful pirates of the 17th century Norwegian Sea, using a Beast Below to fuel their steam-powered technology.
