Bill Burridge had several roles in Doctor Who between 1965 and 1973, only one of which he was ever credited for.

Career[[edit] | [edit source]]

His other television credits include roles on Taxi!, Doomwatch, The Wednesday Play, Z-Cars and Upstairs, Downstairs.

On set accident[[edit] | [edit source]]

According to Terence Denville, during the filming of Frontier in Space the metallic greasepaint he was wearing for his role as a Draconian entered his bloodstream and caused him to have a brain seizure. This incident caused an end to Burridge's career and forced him into a nursing home.[1] Due to Equity being unable to contact him in 1976 he is believed to have died a short time after the accident, possibly in 1975.[2]
