The War Lords were a humanoid race of conquerors.
Biology
War Lords looked identical to Humans and could easily pass themselves off as Humans. (NA: Timewyrm: Exodus)
Technology
The War Lords had some advanced technology during their invasions.
- Some of this technology may have been given to the War Lords by the renegade Time Lord, the War Chief.
When invading Germany, the War Lords used their technology to control the SS soldiers, going so far as to control after their death. They used a simple transmat booth to transport people from Berlin to the Castle of Drachensburg. The War Lords also set up several Atomic bombs underneath the Castle of Drachensburg in order to help the Nazi war effort. They also had a crystal ball that was used telepathic receiver to contact the Doctor and a powerful laser inserted in a cane. (NA: Timewyrm: Exodus)
The War Chief also gave them time scanning technology and SIDRATs. (NA: Timewyrm: Exodus)
