The version of the theme on track 1 is the version featured on [[Voyage of the Damned|"Voyage of the Damned"]] and not the version featured in [[Series 4 (Doctor Who)|Series 4]] and the [[2009 Specials (Doctor Who)|2009 Specials]].

Doctor Who: Original Television Soundtrack: Series 3 was a single CD, featuring music from Series 4 of Doctor Who.

Included was a booklet featuring pictures of the tenth incarnation, an Ood with Red Eye, Davros, Sontarans, Donna Noble, and a Vespiform. The booklet also featured an introduction by Murray Gold, the composer of the music, who also wrote notes on each piece of music.
