David Walliams (born 20th August 1971) is most notable to Doctor Who universe fiction for providing the voices of Quincy Flowers and Ned Cotton for the Big Finish Productions audio, Phantasmagoria.

In 1999, Walliams appeared alongside friend Mark Gatiss in three sketches that parodied Doctor Who: The Web of Caves, The Kidnappers (which also featured Peter Davison), and The Pitch of Fear (where he played Sydney Newman).

Walliams is more broadly notable for his professional partnership with Matt Lucas, and for their Little Britain franchise, which has also involved Anthony Head, Paul Putner and Tom Baker. He has claimed to be a Doctor Who "enthusiast". He has written many Doctor Who references into Liittle Britain, such as when he played a character named Matthew Waterhouse.[1]

Walliams will be appearing in a Series 6 episode of Doctor Who as "an alien". [2]
