Kitai was a Pakhar cameraman who worked alongside Keri and attended the wedding of Bernice Summerfield and Jason Kane where they both suffered violent allergic reactions to a pollen the air was strangely rich in. He was later hypnotized into programming his holographic disguise unit to mirror the appearance of the Master so the true villain could make his escape.
