Pakha
Pakha was a planet inhabited by the hamster-like race known as the Pakhar. (PROSE: Legacy) It was located in the same system as Yantov. (PROSE: The Seventh Fanfic)

In the planet's early history, the inhabitants were constantly at war with each other due to the mysterious artefact known as the Diadem.
The Wavis Ravine was believed by the Pakhars to be bottomless or leading to the Heart of Pakha, which was said to be inhabited by a daemon that was feared by some Pakhar. (PROSE: Legacy) Pakha was later known as "a peaceful paradise" where the Pakhars laboured on "work wheels". (AUDIO: Bang-Bang-a-Boom!)
In the late 39th century, the planet joined the Galactic Federation. Its economy was boosted, and it soon became a tourist attraction. The tourism was centred around education, and the planet was famous for its museums, universities, and libraries.
In 3985, an expedition was sent to Pahkar to uncover the Diadem from the Wavis Ravine. All of the archaeologists were killed when the Diadem took over their leader. (PROSE: Legacy)

In an alternate universe where the Valeyard stole the Sixth Doctor's regeneration, the Valeyard and Ellie Martin visited Pakha, stole the Diadem, and used it to destroy the planet. (AUDIO: He Jests at Scars)
