Ted Moss was a man from England who lived in the 1970s. He was attacked by Leela as she saw him as a threat, even though he told her he was a member of the council. He later broke into Martha Tyler's house but was caught by her grandson and Leela. It turned out that he was a member of a Pagan cult and was turned into a Fendahleen. When the Doctor made the Priory explode the Fendaleen he was transformed into would have been killed. (DW: Image of the Fendahl)
