Biography
Cecelia was also a member of the League of English Facists, and had apparently met Adolf Hitler himself. Attempting to threaten Romana's presidency by bringing the anti-time crisis to light, Torvald, an agent of the Celestial Intervention Agency, changed history slightly so that Sissy took a train to Switzerland based on a fake telegram from the long-missing Charley when she should have been committing suicide in Munich in a comparatively pointless protest against war, intending for Sissy to become another conduit to anti-time like her sister. However, a confrontation with Leela forced Sissy to recognise that her turning a blind eye to the Nazi's various crimes made her just as liable as the Nazis themselves, culminating in Sissy shooting herself in this new timeline after writing a farewell letter to Charley.
