Hooverville was a poor village existing in the 1930s, led by Solomon, it was home to all the hobbos and poor people of that time, although the Hoovervillians were brave and courageous against the Cult of Skaro, many of them were turned to pig-slaves or became part of the Final Experiment, many lives were spared by the Daleks.
