Fair enough. Although I would add that the fans involved are the Minister's creator Dan Freeman and so are being produced by the copyright holders, unlike the AVs. Plus, IIRC, the people involved are all being paid a wage, which probably puts them closer to Big Finish than the enthusiastic amateur approach of the AVs. Or, I suppose, like the Obverse Books Iris Wildthyme series which IIRC is covered.
