Quincy Flowers was a mathematician and a frequent patron of the Diabola Club, often visiting with his friends Edmund Carteret and Jasper Jeake. After learning of Carteret's death, he confronted Sir Nikolas Valentine, who had played cards with Jeake the night he died, but claimed innocence regarding his demise. He then played a game with Valentine himself, and was thus marked with one of his homing beacons. He was later teleported to Carthok's ship, where some of his life energy was drained to help repair the vessel. Flowers was rescued by the Doctor and his companions. (BFA: Phantasmagoria)
