The Siren was a virtual Doctor, who took pirates from The Fancy in The 17th Century
Biography
The Siren took human form, where she cared for humans and could fly, when she lured Humans she would sing to them to attract them. (DW : The Curse of the Black Spot )
Technology
The Siren could use anything that had a refelction as a portal to pass from on universe to the next, she could also use fire to decomptaminate things such as tissues. (DW : The Curse of the Black Spot )
