Oswald Danes was a convicted paedophile and former teacher who raped and murdered twelve year old Susie Cabina. When taken into police custody he stated that she should have run faster. He was sentenced to death, and the sentence was carried out, but due to Miracle Day he survived. Since his sentence was technically carried out, he was set free. (TW: The New World)
