Commander Fabian was Lieutenant Hugo Lang's superior in the Interplanetary Pursuit Squadron. Lang notified her of the abduction of Romulus and Remus Sylvest, and she assigned him to find them. Hugo Lang's squadron answered an irregular signal from a freighter and his squadron was destroyed by Mestor. Fabian was ordered by the Minister not to send a rescue party to find any survivors of the squadron cause they do not know the cause of the destruction of the squadron and do not want to put anymore of their fighters at risk.
