Commander Fabian was Lieutenant Hugo Lang's superior in the Interplanetary Pursuit Squadron. Lang notified her of the abduction of Romulus and Remus Sylvest, and she assigned him to find them. Hugo Lang's squadron answered an irregular signal from a freighter and his squadron was destroyed by Mestor.
Fabian was ordered by the Minister not to send a rescue party to find any survivors of the squadron because the cause of the squadron's destruction was unknown and they did not want to put any more of their fighters at risk. Fabian was disappointed at having to obey the order from the Minister. (TV: The Twin Dilemma)
