Are we going to mention in the Wedding of River Song, it's mentioned that the Brigadier died a few months before?

Would a section on homages be appropiate? Because in the Marvel comic Excalibur, there were a couple of characters inspired by Alistair Gordon. MaGnUs

You could possibly add a 'Apocryphal Information' within a Behind the scenes section if you wanted to draw attention to such crossover instances. --Tangerineduel 06:16, 27 March 2008 (UTC)
Ah, thanks. --MaGnUs 07:34, 28 March 2008 (UTC)

Every Doctor?

I read on another site (I wish I could remember where) that the Brig has canonically met every incarnation of the Doctor at some point. This article doesn't specifically reference that - I know he met One and Five during The Five Doctors, and he met Eight in the Big Finish Productions radio play Minuet in Hell - but I'm not sure where he met Nine. This is an interesting spot of trivia, and should probably be incorporated into the article somehow-or-other... --DrGaellon 11:14, 5 May 2008 (UTC)

According to Doctor Who Magazine he's met all ten doctors, in some form or another, exept nine, though in the television series he's only met one, two, three, four, five and seven, but has met numbers six, eight and ten in variouse books, audios and comic strips.--Bill Odie 19:00, 26th November 2008 (UTC)

Just a thought

In The Three Doctors, he travelled to another universe, shouldn't that mean while Doomsday was happening, he should randomly have smacked into a wall or something? 77.99.212.208 13:13, 30 June 2009 (UTC)

In the Three Doctors, he went to the alternate universe via a black hole, not through the Void. I doubt there's going to be any void stuff on him from that. -<Azes13 17:10, 8 August 2009 (UTC)

Brigadier's interview in "Liberty Hall"

Hi all! In the Special Features on the Mawdryn Undead DVD is a mini-drama called "Liberty Hall" which features an interview with Nicholas Courtney in character as the Brigadier. In this interview, the Brigadier fills in several gaps in his life history. Should the info in this interview be counted as canon and added here to his entry? – Alan-WK 16:39, 8 August 2009 (UTC)

Not unless it's referenced in an actual, canon work. Maybe put it in the Behind the Scenes section. -<Azes13 17:10, 8 August 2009 (UTC)

Not General

Because as we know, TV stories are canon over other stories, and because in SJA, he is addressed as Brigadier, then shouldn't we disregard that promotion? Major Kilburn wouldn't have called him a Brig., even if that was the term preferred by him. --Ima Wiz Iway amway Imagineway Izardway. 15:15, April 20, 2011 (UTC)
