The twentieth season of Doctor Who ran between 3rd January 1983 and 25th November 1983. Peter Davison continued as the Doctor. Tegan Jovanka and Nyssa continued as companions, the later leaving in Terminus. Mawdryn Undead introduced Mark Strickson as Vislor Turlough, and Kamelion was introduced in The King's Demons.

It consisted of 6 serials and 22 episodes, plus the 20th anniversary special, The Five Doctors
