Harry Goldstein was the proprietor of a tea and coffee shop at the Festival of Britain in 1951. The Seventh Doctor and Ace looked on as two thugs tried to bully him, but he stood up to them and they were driven off by a policeman.
In an alternate timeline in which Germany won World War II, he was still the proprietor of a tea and coffee shop at the Festival of Britain, but had changed his name to Harry Gold.
