This Time Lord Messenger, dressed as an English businessman, appeared before the Third Doctor, sent by the Time Lords. His disguise was somewhat compromised by his hovering in mid-air, due to his co-ordinates having "slipped". He warned the Doctor that his old enemy, the Master, was on Earth and might try to kill him. (DW: Terror of the Autons)
