Commander Skorr, along with General Staal, is one of two Sontarans that invade Earth in 2009. He is subservient to Staal but has great respect for him even going as far to request to move his helmet so that, like Staal, he can face battle "bare-skinned". (DW: The Sontaran Strategem)
