Skorr the Bloodbringer, along with General Staal, is a Sontaran Commander of the Tenth Sontaran fleet that invades Earth in 2009. He is subservient to Staal but has great respect for him even going as far to request to remove his helmet so that, like Staal, he can face battle "bare-skinned". (DW: The Sontaran Strategem)
