The Twelfth Cyber Legion was a Mondasian Cyberman fleet that monitored their local galactic quadrant. It was positioned twenty thousand light years away from Demon's Run. Rory Williams went to the head Cyber Ship to learn the location of Demons Run from the Cybermen.
