Quantum runes were objects used by Vandosians that could tell when and where a spirit had been reincarnated. One Vandosian spent five decades divining the location of Shogalath's reincarnation as Peckham Hospital, 4 January, 1979 at 3:50pm using quantum runes. (COMIC: Mr Nobody)
