Teacher's Pet is a Doctor Who Adventures comic strip published in 2013.

Summary

A biology teacher called Miss Brayley is preparing for a class, but then she hears a noise in some plants outside the window. She finds a small, purple alien. She thinks it is hurt and poor, so she decides to adopt the alien and take care of it. She puts the alien in a drawer inside her desk with food for it to eat. She leaves the room, but the alien gets bigger, devouring sandwiches. A student gives the teacher an apple, to find out it was eaten. Same with another student and his lunchbox. A staff member looks inside a food store, to find that was all eaten too.

Meanwhile, on a golf course not very far away, a golfer swings at a ball, which then later hits the TARDIS. After that, the ball goes inside the hole. The Eleventh Doctor and Clara Oswin Oswald leave the TARDIS. The Doctor compliments the golfer, who is confused. Clara asks about a carnivorous alien, and how she can't see one, but soon hears roaring at Rolle Hill School. At the school, the Drokkvid has become a giant, smashing the school shed. The Doctor appears, apologising for getting there late. Clara wonders why it isn't tiny and cute, like The Doctor said, but then he explains that cute goes out the window after it has eaten. It would then later become hungry to eat people. Miss Brayley apologises too, but The Doctor says he is happy to help, and asks where she keeps the compost heap. When they get there, the Drokkvid starts eating the compost and shrinks to its original size. Clara catches it in her satchel. They then leave, before they get "detention".
