On 29 January, a number of things set in or relevant to the Doctor Who universe were released or published.
- 1966 - "Destruction of Time" was first broadcast on BBC1.
- 1966 - Part two of TV Comic story The Didus Expedition was first published.
- 1972 - Part four of *Sub Zero was first published in Countdown to TV Action.
- 1972 - Episode one of The Curse of Peladon was first broadcast on BBC1.
- 1977 - Part one of The Robots of Death was first broadcast on BBC1.
- 1977 - Part seven of TV Comic story Dredger was first published.
- 1996 - Classic Who: The Hinchcliffe Years was first published by Boxtree.
- 2001 - Spearhead from Space was released on Region 2 DVD.
- 2007 - DVD box set New Beginnings, including TV: Castrovalva, The Keeper of Traken and Logopolis, was released in Region 2 by BBC Video.
- 2009 - Novels one and two of The Darksmith Legacy, The Dust of Ages and The Graves of Mordane, were released by BBC Books.
- 2009 - Doctor Who Adventures comic story The Parrian Proposal was first published.
- 2013 - Issue one of IDW comic story Prisoners of Time was first released on iTunes, a day ahead of original schedule.
