The Twin Suns Lodge was a Foamasi criminal organization. They were known for blackmailing. They were known to use the voices of 20th century Earth film stars for their voice synthesizers.
In 3999, Typtpwtyp of the Twin Suns Lodge was investigating Micawber's World, including rumours of a new drug for the athletes. He was later killed by agents of the Dark Peaks Lodge, who didn't want anyone else investigating the matter. (EDA: Placebo Effect)
