Joe was a doctor in early 21st century Lannet. He was Alison Cheney's boyfriend. After the Shalka were defeated, she broke up with him, telling him she had been planning to do so earlier anyway. (WC: Scream of the Shalka, PROSE: Scream of the Shalka)
