Riga (Kingdom of Silver) was a human who found cyber-technology on Tasak. He was a high ranking official and kept Sara as a prisoner as he worked out she was an off worlder. He made sure that the silver he had found had been distributed around the planet. (AUDIO: Kingdom of Silver)
