James Lethbridge-Stewart

James Lethbridge-Stewart was the son of Gordon Conall Lethbridge-Stewart and Mary Gore and elder brother of Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart. He was born in 1925 and named after his maternal grandfather, James Gore. He died in 1938, after being haunted by a being called Maha. Years later, in 1969, it was revealed[by whom?] that James carried an immortal soul that would one day be reincarnated into a man called Maha, who would go on to ascend into the being that became the Great Intelligence. James' soul was reincarnated in 1951 as Owain Vine. (PROSE: The Forgotten Son)
