Tom was a boy who wasn't a good sleeper. The Eleventh Doctor, Clara and Justin (Tom's dad) were sent inside his dream due to an alien sending them there. They caused Tom to wake up and send him into the TARDIS light bulb, to be sent to the Shadow Proclamation. (COMIC: Night Light)
