Alien (Night Light)

An alien creature made from light went into the night light of a boy named Tom, and then went into Tom's dream himself, teleporting the Eleventh Doctor, Clara Oswald and Justin. The Doctor then made Tom wake up and trapped him in the TARDIS light bulb. He was then taken to the Shadow Proclamation.

This individual was apparently "wanted for crimes on more worlds than you can ever imagine". (COMIC: Night Light)
