Oscar Wilde was an Irish writer of the 19th century.

Profile

During his days at Oxford, an alien spread a disease to him that turned him into a vampire.

Returning home to Dublin, he infected Florence Balcombe with the disease.

After the Doctor cured Wilde of his vampirism, he left to Paris. (DWA: Bat Attack!)

In Paris, he was met by Iris Wildthyme and a pre-ninth incarnation Doctor. (EDA: The Scarlet Empress)
