Immediate Media Company London Limited (commonly known simply as Immediate Media Company) was a Bristol-based publishing company formed in late 2011. It combined the businesses formerly known as BBC Magazines (which was separated from BBC Worldwide), Origin Publishing and Magicalia. By 2014, its portfolio included 36 websites, over 70 brands and 58 magazines, including Radio Times and Doctor Who Adventures.

Doctor Who Adventures began crediting Immediate Media as its publisher with its 248th issue. It ceased publishing DWA after the 363rd issue, at which point Panini took over with a new issue 1.

From late 2013 it used the Blip.it app for portable devices, across its range of titles to offer additional online features and links simply by scanning the page with the featured icon.
