Bill Pott's mother was the biological mother of Bill Potts.
History
She died when Bill was still young enough not to have any memories of her. Bill once told the Twelfth Doctor that her mum hated having her photo taken. However, at at least one point in her life, Bill's mother was photographed by the Doctor, who took these photos in order to give them to Bill. (TV: The Pilot)
Appearance
Once, while chatting with the Doctor, Bill stated that she looked like her mother. (TV: The Pilot)
