Elton Laleham was a member of the staff of Space Station W3 in 2079.
He and Armand Vallance space-walked to the Silver Carrier and were hypnotised by the Cybermen.
He was later accidentally shot and killed by Vallance, who was trying to kill Sean Flannigan. (TV: The Wheel in Space)
