Armand Vallance
Armand Vallance was a technician aboard the Wheel.

Armand Vallance was, by 2000, (TV: The Mind Robber; AUDIO: Prison in Space) 2079 (AUDIO: The Dying Light) or later, (PROSE: The Indestructible Man) working as a technician aboard the Wheel.
With Elton Laleham, Vallance worked to prepare the x-ray laser for use on Silver Carrier. (PROSE: The Wheel in Space) They were hypnotised by the Cybermen after space-walking to the rocket and were used to smuggle them aboard the Wheel in a box of Bernalium. The pair later watched and covered up Chang's murder.
Vallance accidentally killed Laleham whilst trying to shoot the suspicious Sean Flannigan and, once Flannigan was hypnotised, helped dispose of his body. He placed capsules into the air supply to turn the oxygen into ozone, something that was avoided when Gemma Corwyn warned the Doctor of the plan, and helped the Cyber-Planner identify the Doctor. Jamie McCrimmon and Flannigan were able to free Vallance from Cyber-control by putting a metal plate on the back of his neck. (TV: The Wheel in Space)
