We've got a couple of important quirks for a Wikia wiki, so let's get them out of the way first.
British English, please
We generally use British English round these parts, so if you're American, please be sure you set your spell checker to BrEng, and take a gander at our spelling cheat card.
Spoilers aren't cool
We have a strict definition of "spoiler" that you may find a bit unusual. Basically, a spoiler, to us, is anything that comes from a story which has not been released yet. So, even if you've got some info from a BBC press release or official trailer, it basically can't be referenced here. In other words, you gotta wait until the episode has finished its premiere broadcast to start editing about its contents. Please check the spoiler policy for more details.

Don't hesitate to ask in case you have questions
Hi, now that I have more time, I would like to establish a better understanding between us. First of all, please don't be discouraged by my deleting or undoing some of your edits. It is great that you are fleshing out the recent Torchwood (and not only) audios. We certainly appreciate editors who show potential of becoming regular and productive contributors. But, as happens with virtually every editor at first (including me), the editing enthusiasm inevitably causes one to cross one or other of our multiple policies. Some of the policies, like Tardis:Spoiler policy cause immediate deletion in most cases (and carry a very real possibility of a ban in case of repeated violations). Images for BF audios is my personal project. I spent a lot of time cleaning them up and bringing them in line with our image policies. Thus, I patrol new uploads to make sure we do not fall back into the old ways when a 1M+ image could sit on the wiki for years, eating everyone's mobile data. I will upload images for Aliens Among Us tonight myself. Hopefully, it would give you an idea of what is expected.
I listened to all eight stories very recently and, thus, can provide you with qualified advice on how to wikify them correctly. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of doubt. To be clear, I am not planning to work on these audios myself: have too many projects already. But I would love to give you a helping hand since you seem to be interested in doing so. Page moves
Hi, please note that per Thread:128198, only admins are permitted to move pages on this site. There are technical reasons for this, but in addition, if a page has a "rename" tag on it, it requires discussion or an admin decision before moving the page. Otherwise we would have chaos. Also, sometimes users are not well acquainted with our Tardis:Naming conventions and might incorrectly move the page. Thanks, Shambala108 ☎ 20:14, January 28, 2018 (UTC)
Infobox
Two quick notes. It is not the case that every story has a "main enemy". It is much better to leave it empty than to assign an ambiguous and complex character to be the "baddy". Secondly, featuring field is for characters who are prominent because they appear in other stories, not those that are important within the story itself. Page moves revisited
Hi, you've already been told once that only admins can move pages. When non-admins move pages, there are things that admins have to do as cleanup, so it's easier to prohibit non-admins from moving pages. Shambala108 ☎ 03:26, February 4, 2018 (UTC)
Block
You have been blocked for ignoring two warnings by an admin not to move the pages. As mentioned directly above, moving pages in a way that nothing is broken is a process that requires good knowledge of how the wiki operates and additional privileges ordinary users do not have. For instance, moving a page such as The Doctor (Sympathy for the Devil) requires also moving The Doctor (Sympathy for the Devil) - list of appearances. In addition, your move has created a double redirect because Third Doctor (Sympathy for the Devil) redirects to The Doctor (Sympathy for the Devil), and a non-admin move necessarily creates a link from the old to the new page, The Doctor (Sympathy for the Devil) to The Third Doctor (Unbound). Double redirects are bad for the functioning of the wiki and there is a special page for admin to clear them, Special:DoubleRedirects. This is not even Tardis specific but rather a FANDOM-wide thing. Chances are, this whole thing sounds like mumbo-jumbo to you, and this is fine. Novice users do not have to dive into the bowels of the wiki to learn all the cogs and bolts. You are free to edit at your leisure letting us, Tardis:Administrators, handle the heavy lifting. But in return, you really need to get out of our way.
Further, "(Unbound)" is not an allowed dab term, it goes against our Tardis:Disambiguating other realities policy. Did you notice there is a discussion about renaming on the talk page, Talk:The Doctor (Sympathy for the Devil), that other editors have other ideas about the proper name for the page? You cannot just waltz in and unilaterally rename the page as you think fit. It's against the rules, impolite, counterproductive. Just generally not nice.
As I said before, the admin team is happy to help. But that requires a two-way communication. So far we have been talking at you and received no indication that you pay any attention. This asocial behaviour already earned you a block for disruptive behaviour. Please, reconsider your attitude. Second block
OK, now you've been told twice not to move pages and blocked once for ignoring admin instructions. You are now blocked for a month. You can review our various policies during that time, but you should read Thread:128198 which gives the main reasons for not allowing user page moves. Shambala108 ☎ 20:59, February 16, 2018 (UTC)
- Two comments about the block.
- There is a procedure how to behave during a block described here: Help:I'm blocked. Crucially, it describes what you should not do while blocked. Given your stubborn refusal to respond to admin messages and equally stubborn insistence on doing things your way, I would like to impress on you that sock puppetry carries with it an immediate lifetime block on this and all other accounts you might create. There is also no appeal. The stated policy is zero tolerance of sock puppetry. So please do not think that you are smart enough to bypass this block by creating another account. Everybody makes mistakes, especially at the beginning. Most of these mistakes do not matter after a while. Sock puppetry does. So please, for once, follow admin instructions and prevent yourself from being banned forever.
- Your block allows you to post messages to your own talk page. So if you'd like to give an indication that you understand why you've been blocked and will not repeat the same mistakes, you could. Listen first, edit later
In the future you are to refrain from editing, and especially creating pages, based on stories you haven’t listened to. Your edits adding a category for the music theme used in such stories can qualify as intentional vandalism because this is information you could not have possibly known without listening. Thus, in effect, you purposefully added random unverified information to four pages. Needless to say, this information turned out to be false. Amorkuz ☎ 05:47, March 17, 2018 (UTC)
